Lead time
Domestic supply shortens the gap between order and delivery: no sea freight, no customs queue.
Modified starches for food manufacturing
The future of texture takes shape here.
Bavan: a modified starch production project in Golestan province, Iran.
Supply advantage
These are not quality claims. They are three structural differences in the supply chain that any buyer can verify before signing.
Domestic supply shortens the gap between order and delivery: no sea freight, no customs queue.
An order does not have to fill a container. The exact minimum will be published once the plant is commissioned.
Buying domestically in rial removes exchange-rate exposure and customs formalities from the chain.
Product range
Each grade is listed with its international additive number, its Persian technical name and its standard Latin name. Each code is offered only from the origins shown beneath it.
Sauces, ready and frozen meals
Gums, jellies and Turkish delight
Batters and coatings
Gentle processing, long storage
Coatings needing clarity and stability
Quality control
These are the tests that define a modified grade. The quality plan is built so that every batch is tested before packing and the batch number is tied to the certificate of analysis for that shipment.
01Viscosity
The viscosity profile determines how the starch behaves under your thermal and shear process.
02Moisture
Directly affects shelf life and the net weight of the shipment.
03pH
Out of range means the modification reaction was not fully neutralised.
04Particle size
Governs hydration rate and how evenly it disperses in your formulation.
05Degree of substitution
Measures how far the chemical modification has gone; its ceiling is set by the additive standard.
06Ash and impurities
The boundary between staying inside the food additive standard and falling outside it.
